ALDERCOTE ADDS TYPE APPROVAL FOR ITS ACCESS PLATFORMS ON MAN TGE VANS

Aldercote is proud to announce that it has added Type Approval UK(NI) certification for all its van-mounted access platforms mounted to MAN tge vans.

To achieve this certification, the company has to undergo rigorous evaluations to ensure Conformity of Production (CoP) by the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA), the designated UK Type Approval Authority for automotive products. This certification confirms the means of evidencing the ability to produce a series of products that exactly match the specification, performance and marking requirements outlined in the type-approval documentation. 

Aldercote now has a WVTA for most of its van portfolio, which ranges from V115 (working height 11.6m, outreach 6.7m) to VZX180 (working height 18.3m, outreach 11.0m) on a range of models: Ford, Iveco, MAN/VW, Toyota, and Mercedes.
