We are currently looking for an experienced assembly technician to join our team in Hull. The role will be to build and install industry leading access platforms onto proprietary vehicles, including mechanical assembly and some basic electrical wiring. Commissioning and testing of the finished vehicle before handing over to the customer.

Aldercote is looking to recruit a service engineer with extensive experience of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical control systems. The successful applicant will be experienced at servicing electro-hydraulic equipment and have:
They will be deliver planned and un-planned maintenance using a company van. They will work from home, ideally in North Yorkshire, from where they will attend breakdowns within a 100-mile radius. On days when there is no on-site service work, they will be expected to travel to Aldercote’s headquarters in Hull. They will report to the service manager. Their responsibilities will sometimes mean early starts and late finishes, with occasional overnight stays.
