Rough Terrain Cranes
Manotti manufactures 4x4 rough terrain cranes with lifting capacities of between 35 and 85 tons. These cranes come in two types
The ARM 350 and ARM 600 cranes are driven by hydrostatic transmission. On these machines the engine is mounted on the superstructure, where it can rotate 360°, and hydraulically powers every sub-assembly, including the wheels.
The larger ARM 850 is driven by mechanical transmission. Here the engine is mounted inside the high-strength steel chassis. The wheels are driven mechanically by the engine, via the gearbox.
